During a back office study for an airline client we discovered a dated and costly process in place for credit card administration. Current procedures had become manually intensive, and rapidly uneconomical. The client asked us to develop an application to improve the situation. We designed a Case Management System specifically to streamline the refund process, STORM CMS.
STORM was created in 2002 using an Oracle database, and was primarily designed to streamline the refund process. We have expanded the functionality to include automated processing of requests for information, enquiries and chargebacks.
