What is STORM CMS?
STORM CMS is a flexible and configurable case management system designed to provide assistance in case collaboration, track and partially automate credit card administration including requests for information, enquiries, chargebacks and refunds.
What technology will we need?
Your existing I.T. Infrastructure will be discussed during the initial consultation. STORM requires an Oracle database installation and runs on Microsoft's Windows operating system.
Can STORM be integrated into our systems?
STORM can be interfaced with most databases and systems.
The level of interfacing required will be assessed. Subsequently we will meet with your IT team to fully discuss and ascertain the extent of the interfacing along with the system requirements.
How much will the installation cost?
Our fees are based on the number of users and transactions. During our consultation we will identify which pricing structure is most cost effective and suited to your business.
How long will it take?
We create a project time-line and plan with your technical team. Dependent on the size of the company, existing infrastructure and the company, existing infrastructure and the complexity of interfacing, interfacing can take anything from a few days or weeks.

There is an index linked cost effective annual maintenance fee for maintenance. We also have technical support available, ensuring that your installation is running smoothly.
How easy will our staff find the system to use?
STORM is user friendly and very simple to use. The case explorer is similar to many existing windows user interfaces, with all available actions clearly shown.
We carry out comprehensive on-site training for all members of staff, and provide a comprehensive training manual and DVD.
